FNQ carries out activities aimed at knowledge management, MEG awarding and application, education, mobilization and communication. All of them are linked to the organizations’ strategic and operational management. The institution’s business model seeks to gather from its members relevant information and knowledge about Management Excellence, turn them into products and services, and offer them to the society. The results are knowledge generation, sharing and retention, as well as the development of an important Management Excellence Best Practices Database.

FIn this context, FNQ creates products that guide companies through the practice of excellence, such as:

  • Weekly events free of charge
  • Specialized publications for the assessment and implementation of the Management Excellence Model - MEG

  • Benchmarking programs for companies awarded with the National Quality Award® (PNQ), the highest recognition of the Brazilian Management Excellence.
