In Search of Excellence International Seminar 

Held annually in April in São Paulo, the In Search of Excellence International Seminar had its 16th edition in 2008. It consists of three days of discussions on trends and presentations on the main Brazilian management practices. There are also international lectures, discussion panels and management workshops. The event gathers companies and specialists from the main Iberian-American countries.

In 16 years, FNQ has gathered nearly 12 thousand national and international participants in its seminars. This audience includes professionals in search of best management practices for their organizations as well as small, medium-sized and large enterprises that have mature management systems.

In Search of Excellence Regional Seminars 

Aiming to decentralize and facilitate access to Management Excellence information and knowledge, as well as increase its geographic reach, FNQ has scheduled In Search of Excellence Seminars in several regions of Brazil in partnership with entities linked to micro and small enterprises and the regional and sectoral programs and awards.

National Management Network Towards Excellence 

Community currently gathering 54 Regional and Sectoral Programs and Awards (22 state, 11 sectoral, 21 aimed at micro and small enterprises) that use the Management Excellence Model (MEG®) in organizations that pursue the evolution of maturity towards a competitive management.

FNQ Meetings and Webcasting 

Since 2006, FNQ has scheduled weekly meetings free of charge in its head office in São Paulo. Once a month, these events are webcast live. With topics related to the eight Criteria for Excellence, presidents and officers of renowned and awarded organizations come to the FNQ auditorium to present the practices of their institutions and exchange ideas and experience with the face-to-face and virtual audiences. Major Brazilian business leaders have participated in this activity.

Regional Excellence Meetings

FNQ periodically organizes Management Excellence Meetings in São Paulo and other Brazilian states aimed at gathering and establishing closer relationships with representatives of member companies, their suppliers, customers and partners.
