Knowledge Management

The Center for Studies and Promotion of Management Excellence is FNQ’s main Knowledge Management platform. It integrates, among other activities, knowledge gathering, generation, promotion and diffusion in the FNQ Community.

Knowledge Dissemination

Among the knowledge dissemination units, there are the Technical and Theme Committees. These study groups consist of representatives of FNQ’s member companies, as well as companies Awarded with or Finalists of the National Quality Award® (PNQ). Their purpose is to enhance the participation and experience sharing among successful organizations around relevant and updated themes.

Business Forum

The Business Forum, held annually in June, gathers a group formed by leading executives, businesspeople, academia and partner entities. It is a platform for in-depth discussion about the relevance and application of the Fundamentals of Excellence in organizations, aimed at increasing the organizations’ competitiveness and, consequently, Brazil’s competitiveness.

Best Practices Forum

Half-year meetings whose objective is to establish closer relationships, enable experience sharing, identify benchmarking opportunities, and build knowledge of Management Excellence among participating organizations.
